🌿 A Sustainable Concept
This venture takes inspiration from Disneyland Paris’ self-sustaining community model i admired so much.
Our Airbnbs are designed to exist within a mini-ecosystem — featuring:

A small on-site shop for guests and locals

A swimming pool and safe kids playzone

Organically grown produce cultivated on the property and endeavours to top up from neighbours as well wishing to offload their surplus produce

Circular income flow where money stays and circulates locally. The goal is to create a space that’s not just beautiful, but economically and environmentally sustainable, building wealth, wisdom, and opportunity for generations to come.

About the Project
As someone passionate about creating a lasting legacy, I’ve embarked on another love of mine — property development and landscaping.
This journey is a living gift to my four daughters (and any others who may join the tribe in future!).
I believe in raising children to be creators, not beggars — to build, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the world.

Current Projects
We’re currently working on two Airbnb developments in Zimbabwe, one along a peaceful riverside and another close to a beautiful golf course.
From concept to construction, the girls have been involved in every stage, learning that in property, location truly is everything.

The Girls Behind the Vision
Each of my daughters brings her own strengths and passion to this family venture:

Ellie– The creative mind with a natural flair for design. One renovation concept for a test UK property sold before it even hit the market.

Chari – The numbers girl with a degree in Economics & Finance and a Master’s in International Business, keeping every project profitable and structured.

Lati – The performer with a dance background and event-planning flair already dreaming up celebrations for when the Airbnbs open.

Sammy – At just 14, she’s still discovering her strengths but with this foundation, the sky’s the limit!
Dover House: A Story of Resilience and Transformation
When we took over Dover House, it was a 79-bed residential care home in need of significant improvement. Today, it stands as a fully registered 86-bed nursing home, a testament to perseverance, vision, and the power of great mentorship.

This journey was made possible with the guidance of an incredible and experienced mentor—someone who believed in my ambitious vision and challenged me to reach heights I once thought impossible. The road was far from easy; Dover House was initially rated "Requires Improvement", demanding a complete transformation in care quality, operations, and leadership.
​
2.5 years later, we proudly hold a "Good" rating and are setting our sights on the ever-elusive "Outstanding" status. This is more than a business success—it's a story of resilience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in care. An amazing team is the bedrock to success is my key takeaway from this journey...and so...The journey continues…

Designed with patient-centered care at its core, our state-of-the-art boutique-style private maternity hospital offers an unparalleled experience for expectant mothers. Every aspect, from infrastructural design to service delivery, has been meticulously crafted to provide comfort, safety, and exceptional care.
Our commitment to excellence and personalized maternity services has made us the top choice for delivering babies—a reputation reflected in our consistent 5-star rating on Google since the day we opened.
Here, every mother’s journey is embraced with warmth, expertise, and the highest standards of care—because bringing new life into the world deserves nothing less than the best.

State-of-the-Art Theatre: A Completed Vision for Excellence in Maternity Care
As part of the drive to have all emergencies dealt with efficiently on site, our state-of-the-art theatre, an achievement realized 18 months ahead of schedule—far surpassing the initial two-year projection following the completion of the first phase. This milestone reflects our commitment to excellence, strategic planning, and the power of teamwork.

A key pillar of our ethos is ensuring that no unnecessary C-sections are performed. Every decision is made transparently and ethically, rooted in evidence-based practice, and guided by our genuine dedication to the well-being of expectant mothers. Our approach is built on openness, honesty, and a steadfast commitment to providing the best possible care—ensuring that mothers receive interventions only when medically necessary.
Bringing all essential services onto one campus has been a strategic move to enhance care continuity and optimize patient outcomes. This seamless integration not only improves efficiency but also strengthens the foundation for sustainable, high-quality maternity care.
What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that this expansion was completed without reliance on bank loans or external financing—a testament to organic growth, strong leadership, and an exceptional team. Their dedication and hard work have turned vision into reality, creating a facility that truly prioritizes the needs of mothers and their newborns.
This project is more than just an infrastructure success; it is a symbol of our unwavering commitment to safe, ethical, and high-quality maternity care.

As a Business Development Executive on this incredible project, I firmly believe in the power of giving back to the community we serve. Why? Because a business cannot thrive in isolation—sustainability is deeply rooted in community support. Without it, even the most promising ventures can struggle in the long run.
Our community engagement initiatives have not only allowed us to contribute to the betterment of the neighborhood, but they have also provided us with invaluable insights. By actively listening to the community, we gain a deeper understanding of their healthcare needs, ensuring that our services are shaped by real, local demand.
